Mmm... what should i make next?

I can't make up my mind what to make next but as you can tell it's some sorta bread item. They all sound so good and fun to make. Everything is going to be made from scratch too; the pizza dough, puff pastry and others.

Thought maybe you is it normal people can help. :)

Also I know for sure a lot of you don't know names of some of these breads, just google it. They all look so good.

    My office is currently having a love affair with Gibassier Bread. I want to try and make that. But as for your choices, the potato herb sounds really good.

    Anadama Bread because it was the first thing to catch my eye and because if you mix up the letters Anadama, you can spell my name with an extra 'a'.

    Fig and chestnut croissants. I've tried them twice and failed both times. If you can make it work, then you can give me pointers! :)

    Of your list, though, the potato herb bread ring. I love making stuff like that and it tastes so good and is proper "sharing" food, which is the whole point of cooking... love! :)

        I've made a good one before but it was in a cookbook. That is some pretty good stuff. mmm...

        What I hate is when people pronounce that dessert with a flat a sound. When it's not pronounced that way. It just bugs me some.

          I didn't know people said it with a flat sound. Since its a spanish treat I always try to emphasize it and pretend I have a moustache as I roll it.
          ME: "Flahnh!!!" *roll roll roll*

              Hahaha I hate it, too! I don't even eat it if it's served under that pronunciation. It's /flawn/... sounds fancy. I don't eat eipricots either.
