Misusing fog lights

Is it normal that I find it irritating when I see budget cars driving around with their fog lights on during the day pretending that they're LED day time running lights? Seriously if you wanted the DRL upgrade you should've thought of that when you purchased the car..

    I don't like that either. But I get really pissed off, if someone is driving and has their fog lights and lights on high in the evening and never turn the lights down. As in blinding me.
    I deal with such idiots in a very creative and intelligent manner XD
    Crank up my car's bi-xenon headlights and watch the other car quickly turn the lights down.

    It seems these people are getting exactly what they want from you; your attention. It would be pretty hard for you not to notice them while you are cursing them out because you saw their lights on.
