Mini panic attacks?

Recently. Ive been having lots of nightmares. And I don't know what's wrong, because about 4 times a week I get a shock of anxiety, like a mini panic attack. It lasts for like 1 second. The slightest noise can cause it to happen... It's the worst feeling, it feels like I'm falling. Is this normal?

    I guess by now you're just obsessed and you already go to sleep thinking about the nightmare. try to play some quiet music and get distracted right before you fall asleep to see if you don't think of it anymore, it will cease someday, keep strong <3
