Minecraft signals my body for sleep

Well, title says it all. Whenever I watch minecraft videos on youtube I get really sleepy, whatever I do If I'm really sleepy I will just collapse there like a zombie back to the dead. One thing I noticed was the sleep never goes beyond 3 hours. It has been happening for days now and I can't readjust my body clock. :(

    When I began to play minecraft, after a few weeks, I COULDN'T sleep. Everything that I looked at looked like blocks!!! When I closed my eyes I saw naturally occurring caves...and...and....a little pickaxe swinging at stone over and over again. I wanted to kill myself.
