    From an early age males are conditioned to "be a man" and this macho mentality is utterly destructive to the self-esteem of many boys and men. It's a damaging philosophy that's comparable with the way women are taught their greatest value in life is to look beautiful.

    Men do cry.
    Emotionally stifled people don't cry.
