Men by generation, how they prefer women’s pubic hair

I know there’s been polls about what men prefer when it comes to women’s pubic hair before, but rarely does it break it down by age/generation. Thought this would be interesting to see if there’s any trends.

I’m a Boomer (or older) - hairy 9
I’m a Boomer (or older) - bare 13
I’m Gen X - hairy 7
I’m Gen X - bare 9
I’m a Millennial - hairy 5
I’m a Millennial - bare 21
I’m Gen Z - hairy 14
I’m Gen Z - bare 8

    Trimmed, longer is fine
Don’t like razor burn or stubble

If you get a hair in your throat you just hack it up like a popcorn shell and carry on

Pubic hair is a wonderful decoration on that area. Baldness down there looks unattractive to me. If you DO like it hairless, and I’ve seen it, there’s a continual outgrowth that looks ugly, like a man’s five o’clock shadow. Even women who get waxed have many days of this scruffy beard. Also very expensive to maintain. Can’t imagine the time and trouble of frequent shaving.

    • Thank you for a great point. Is it even possible to prefer waxed to bush? If there’s something to wax, that means there’s a bush!

not voting because i'm a woman but you should've included trimmed as a separate option - there's a world of different bushes between clean shaven and completely untamed

    • Unfortunately there’s just too many options. Lasered. Waxed. Shaved. Landing Strip. Triangle. Trimmed Bush. Full Bush. I would have done so in a different type of pole, but this one is more focused around age and whether you prefer hair or not. For the sake of this pole trimmed is hairy.

Totally agree! For both! You don't have to be completely bare, a nice trim job is just as good. Male or female if I have to get a Weed Wacker out to find what I'm looking for it disgusting. Not a whole lot different than yard work, I want to be able to find the water spicket. If the yard is kept up and trimmed, no problem, but if the spicket is hidden in the weeds, I'd just as soon throw some vegetation killer on it and have a bare spot.

On the other side of the issue isn't the hair just natures dental floss? Lol

If I'm really interested the hair or lack of it has never stopped me. However, if I'm coming back or you want me back for seconds or thirds I'm going to get the trimmer out!

Perfer trimmed to bare. More hygienic.

People who say it's because of youthful appeal can go fuck themselves because I perfer to not pick hair out of my mouth when I go down.

      It’s disgusting and unhygienic regardless.

      • How, when studies have shown pubic hair shields from disease and shaving is more likely to cause infections?

Is hair on the head unhygienic too by your logic?

Not sure how hair is supposed to protect you from disease when you're slurping goo from the other person's genitals.

You protect yourself from diseases by not going down on someone with diseases

            Comment Hidden ( show )
          • Pubic hair naturally protects women from yeast infections and UTIs. Shaving can also lead to infections if the skin is cut, or through ingrown hairs. It’s more hygienic not to shave.

No, it's not shaving that can lead to infections. So quite the opposite.

          • Wrong. Shaving is far more likely to lead to infections. Ingrown hairs. Razor bumps. Public hair naturally prevents UTIs and yeast infections, and by removing it a woman increases her risk of getting them. For best hygiene and health, pubic hair should be only trimmed or left natural.

There are certain ways a woman can shave that will prevent razor bumps or ingrown hairs.

You'll get a UTI regardless. Whether you shave or not has nothing to do with it. You remind me of the people that think pubic hair acts as a barrier against STDs. Oh, really? Pubic hair traps moisture, which moisture can cause yeast infections! So that argument doesn't work here, my friend.

    • I don’t understand how anybody is getting hair “in” their mouth. Why is the hair coming off into your mouth? Is she balding down there or something? I’ve never had this problem. And if you mean the hair is just technically inside your mouth while still attached, who cares?

      Comment Hidden ( show )
  • That’s interesting. I prefer women to be hairy down there, and I know guys tend to have strong preferences one way or the other regarding this. But I never gave much thought if women have strong preferences about men’s pubic hair. It just seems rarely talked about, like it’s something most of them don’t really care about. At least that’s the perception I get.
