Meditating makes me angry?
It’s just so frustrating to try to sit completely still and think about nothing but breathing. The harder I try, the more agitated I feel. Supposedly there are several benefits to doing it regularly.

It takes time, you're learning patience and learning to return your focus back to the breath when you become distracted. It can take several weeks to start to notice benefits, but be consistent with it.
I just want to say another thing to consider is if you’re getting agitated at having to sit down with your eyes closed and focus on one thing now, think about how distracted you are by things in everyday life. Meditation helps us recognize all of us live with a sort of mesh over our brains. We think we’re in the moment but most of the time our minds are constantly ruminating. This isn’t to say that you are going to eliminate thoughts completely in everyday life or that you should not have any thoughts when meditating, it’s not possible. What you can do through mindfulness is MITIGATE that rumination.
Try imagining that you are in a peaceful place, and all the thoughts are clear. That's what I do and it works. Also, try imagining that there is nothing but pure positive energy around you. You may be thinking of too much, and the More you think about something, the more it frustrates you.
It's not for everybody mate. I would not be concerned if it doesn't work for you and play with you genitals instead or if your like me, a butt plug. Just because you read online it's good for you doenst mean shit, if it ain't working then throw in the towel mate!
