So I have been browsing YouTube watching funny videos and stuff out of boredom, angry cats, street fights and so on and I ended up at car accidents (Cars sliding on ice and crashing and so on)

On one particular video, I noticed that people were commenting "I get a hard boner when the tire spins" or "The revving makes me rock hard"

I was totally frightened when I read those comments and unfortunately it also made me curious. I wanted to do some research but did not come up with anything, so I decided to copy paste the comments or googling something in that context. Google reveled more similar comments posted on multiple car stuck videos that apparently some people use as a form of "Porn" as far as I can tell.

There does not seem to be any sort of diagnose to this disease, and the closest I can get is mechanophilia.

It is definitely not normal (Or maybe it is some sort of fetish I never heard of). I would greatly appreciate clarification.

    This made me think of that episode of my strange addiction where the guy was somehow having sex with his car

    Well, typically mechanophilia applies to sexual attraction towards fully intact cars. Most likely, the YouTube commenters re are just trolling for laughs, but it's not entirely unheard of, if not all that common.

    Accidents are classified under dystychiphilia, or else symphorophilia, like stated in the above comment, but then again, spinning tires and revving engines apply to intact cars even not set up for an accident, so there is that.

    Watch the movie Crash with James Spader its all about ppl that get a sexual release from car crashes.
