I'm a straight girl and so is my best friend but at our sleepovers we make out but, its like how we show our compassion, we don't want to date or anything, is this normal?

EDIT: I didn't mention this but I'm a Christian and so is she, in case you didn't know (some people might not) that is considered shameful and is one of the worst sins. I don't judge people for it and people should be able to love who ever they want. Anyway i don't like her that way and i didn't feel anything when we kissed. It felt nice but I'm not emotionally attached or anything.

      She is only bisexual if she finds her friend sexually attractive and enjoys doing more than just kissing. Many people just like kissing and doing so with someone you trust can just be fun, especially if you don't have someone else to do it with. Of course if she is doing more than just kissing at these sleep overs, then we just weren't given all the details.

    I don't know if it's normal for straight girls to make out with other straight girls. I am a straight girl and I have made out with a girl before but I feel like it's probably pretty weird. I think you and I are both weirdos. It's fine though :)

    When I was younger me and my friends used to kiss at sleepovers, I know they're 100% straight and at the time I thought I was until I realised, later on, I was bi-sexual.

    I think it's natural for younger girls to want to learn those sort of things - however, it depends on how old you are I guess. Then again if you're two consenting adults then I guess it's up to you what you do.

    I think it's normal but maybe she's gay or bi and not telling you, you don't know - make sure she's on the same page as you and you aren't hurting her in the long run.

            Adult sleepovers are called "hooking up" or "Netflix and chilling". And 13 is a teenager. So you didn't really answer the question. By the way, if you mess around sexually, with another girl, technically you are not a virgin.

              There are many, many adults that 'sleepover' that are in no way sexual. As adults, we just don't call them sleepovers, but that is what they are.

            Teenager is a bit to vague and can make a big difference in answers. And the real question is: Do you want to do more than just kissing with her? (even if you decide not to, to remain a virgin). If you do, then it is very normal, as that would make you bisexual, even if that is the only girl in the world you want to do those things with.
