It just kills me when people use the word "irregardless". It's terrible grammar, a double negative and isn't even really a word. I can't even talk to someone who uses that word without thinking, "what a moron". is it normal to think this?
Misuse of grammar might be annoying, but feeling superior to them makes you a wanker
Proper word usage and sentence structure are dying in our society. It is sad that so many in our country place little to no value in eloquence.
"Irregardless" is a great example of the ignorance and laziness of some people. Another is "karaoke" pronounced "kare-EE-OO-kee" instead of "kah-ROH-kay."
I could go on and on, but the point is well-taken. Some of us take pride in our ability to communicate clearly and properly. Many others do not.

irregardless of what you say, some people continue to say it. Seriously, had a 3 hour debate with somebody before about this. Then, when it had been confirmed that I was right and he was thick, my college tutor used the same fucking word! I wanted to throw my chair at him...college lecturer, eh?!?!

I've never heard anyone use that word aha but it doesn't make sence anyway :P
