dont post this on here, go to bodybuilding.com so they can make fun of you
Obviously lifting so much more than your own body weight which is obviously significant and listing it here, makes me think, are you fishing for compliments or what?
It's good. But nothing out of the ordinary. Kinda looks doushy to post it on a forum...
i had a coach that used to say that "once you can bench your weight your strong so stop worrying about it"
Oh, that kind of opinion.
Okay I guess I'd call that strong on that scale.
But I'd call it pointless on most others.
Frankly I don't think the weights want to be lifted. If they did, they wouldn't be so heavy.
Depends. benching it once. nup. weakling. benching it 30 times without a rest. reasonably strong considering body composition. 155 pounds of muscle would be stronger than a fat 155.
Very strong for the casual guy. If you are a body builder then no not strong.
i would just like to say if you can really do this then i am impressed... but most likely you are some doush bag who gets online to show off..thats pathetic
Strong isn't a relative term. Doing max 225 on bench is great for your size, but sadly it doesn't mean you are "strong". NFL players can do 225 in excess of 25 reps. I'd say strong starts when you're working out with around 300 lbs, for an adult male.
I don't know the first thing about bodybuilding so I just voted pretty strong.
