Yes. However, it may be best to get color variations of the same outfit. Otherwise, some people will assume that you're wearing the exact same thing as the day previous and all of the unpleasant assumptions that come with it. If you don't care what people think, more power to you. :)

When I go ashore, especially to customs and immigration, I wear a khaki shirt and shorts with a dark brown belt and dark brown Topsiders.
I guess it looks a bit like a uniform, but it's more about comfort and not standing out too much.

I actually tend to do this, I have a good selection of clothes but I tend to repeatedly wash and wear the same stuff because I just like how they look, pretty much the only thing I feel good in

My so dark blue they're almost black jeans that I never used to be able to fit into, my black good kid maad city shirt, a thick mainly burgandy check buttoned shirt with thin brown strips and dark blue pattern and brown elbow patches and blue converse

I've had to throw out half my clothes that are too baggy now and don't want to buy more because I'm still loosing it, I spent money on a black and white varsity hoodie and had to thrown it out because it got too big for me :\

I used to do that with plain black shirts and pants. I wouldn't really consider it normal though.
