Is it normal that sometimes my masturbation only lasts about 2-3 minutes and I use just my clit? Sometimes I get horny and I just slowly rub my clit until i get wet then start to rub a bit faster, keep going and use the stop and go method (stop just before climax) a couple of times, then just go for it. I don't exatly rub my actual vagina or put my fingers up there much. It only lasts two or three minutes. Is this a 'quickie'?

    Many women prefer directly stimulating the clit while masturbating

    This is based on the design of the clitoris - it's an upside down Y

    At the lower ends - the crus clitoris - rest on either side of your vagina - but not directly touching it. Which may explain why it takes longer for vaginal penetration to create orgasm. (not to mention requiring more pressure)

    But at the tip - the glans clitoris - it's right there, so you can directly touch and stimulate it. So, you need less pressure there... and can get it humming with less effort. and yes, sometimes it's fun a hell to just tease it slowly until you just can't stand waiting. But if you want to go for the fast climax, by the way it's designed, it's very possible. (and fun too!)

          If there is a god (which I doubt) he did a pretty terrible job designing the female anatomy. It's pretty unfair at how much easier it is for the average man to achieve orgasm than the average woman.

            not really.

            men only have one or two ways to do it.
            women have many ways to get off.

            therefore we have more choices. =)

            i go slowly at mine... but only because i want to. i can get off in just a minute or two if i wanted. but sometimes the slow burn is more fun

              I understand that and envy it, I was more poking fun at the idea of the female anatomy being designed, which I highly doubt is true.

              I know it's not uncommon, but I'm very rarely able to bring my wife to orgasm through sex. I always try really hard and try to postpone my own orgasm, but it rarely works. For a while I used a circular motion with the penis which seemed to work, but it doesn't really anymore for some reason. Any tips?

              I can always get her off through oral, finger, or a combo though. I enjoy doing that for her!
