I often feel really guilty about masturbation, and the thing is i masturbate with my pants on and everything so it's not like im masturbating at all, but i feel really guilty when i pleasure myself.
There is no fucking problem with masturbating. It gets you relaxed and I don't think it is a sin I think it is fun. Its your upbringing that has conditioned you this way. Parental prejudices that may have been forcefully expressed or which came across if and when they caught you masturbating is a common cause. Religious doctrine, usually based on misquotes of the religious texts involved is a nother one. Comments by peer groups too can cause the issue, say if kids at school ridiculed a girl suspected of masturbating or used the term as an insult for anyone they didnt like you would assiciate negative feelings and guilt to masturbating. As for overcomming it... very hard but talking to partners or counsillors about your mental stress can help.
