Hey friends , hi ! I am a 18 years old guy from Bangladesh. I am in College this year. Actually , i think i have a problm (according to me). I masturbate alot. Almost 15 days a month. Its really awful for me to state about my situation in front of u at this moment. I am passing some hard days. I am suffering from deep frustration about my activities. Actually , the main reason for my masturbation is that i am a virgin and i am very much interested in sex. But, due to being a teen-aged guy its really difficult for me to find a sex partner. That why, i watch blue films and start masturbating. But, nowadays this situation is getting worse! My Penis pains after my sperm goes out. At that time i feel very bad about my activities. At that moment , i also promize myself not to do it again. But, after 2/3 days , i repeat that thing again. I masturbate very much. Now i feel that , i am harming my future generations. If somehow i can't satisfy my wife or reproduce any baby in future ... Thus , i remain depressed and in frustration. I cant get rid of this act.

    Well masturbation is normal and guys do it a lot, you won't harm your chance of having children or pleasuring your wife because sperm is constantly being reproduced in your testes.

    It's normal for guys your age and even older to indulge themselves and you'll have sex soon enough.

    Just try to limit yourself if you're making your penis hurt though or try to be more gentle with the masturbation, you might be pulling a bit too hard.

    When you say 15 days a month do you mean you masturbate for days at a time or that you masturbate 15 times a month?
