Males and females: can you enjoy sex without orgasm?

Just a question I wanted to ask, considering that I hear a lot of women saying that sex without orgasm is almost as enjoyable as sex with it, others desperately saying that they need one. So now I wish to expand the question to males, too.

    Sometimes all I need is a few minutes of stimulation and I'm fine without a climax. Orgasms aren't always necessary!

    Yes, orgasm is the best part of something really good overall, not the only part that's good.

    As a guy, you feel really weird if you're not permitted to "finish". It's an awful and unsatisfactory feeling, I don't know what the other guys are talking about. "Blue balls" are never fun. Sure, it feels good before you get close, but if you're close and meant to stop, it can be quite uncomfortable and even nauseating. Maybe the men that voted otherwise aren't made to stop, but actually can't reach orgasm anymore because of sexual dysfuction. I'm too young to know anything about that.

    Women, on the other hand, according to research at least, more often than not do not reach orgasm apparently, which I can't imagine. Perhaps, men who are less sensitive down there and take a lot more stimulation to achieve orgasm experience this a lot differently than I do. I'm pretty sensitive, it almost feels too good, so I've had to train myself to endure.
