Last night I had the most disturbing dream I could ever imagine. I love my sister so much, and I'm a female, but would never consider kissing her or doing anything even relatively sexual with her. In my dream, we full-on made out. It makes me uncomfortable just typing it. I'm really hoping there's something normal about this because it really freaked me out.
My friend and I have been friends for 20+ yrs and I have had sex dreams about her. I was totally disgusted the first time but have since told her and we laugh about it. U can't contol ur dreams!
Completely normal. I've never dreamed of my sister, but I did dream about my mother, especially when I was a teenager.

As long as you don't have any sexual urges towards your sister in reality this sort of dream is fine, dreams can symbolize a lot of things, it doesn't necessarily mean you have the urge to do what you did in the dream.
dreams are full of symbolism - they seldom work with a literal translation. try to remember the feelings you had during the dream and that will clue you in to what it was really about.
for example, maybe you felt alone, and then when you made out with your sister you felt needed. therefore your mind is trying to tell you that you want your sister to spend more quality time with you.

Don't worry about it. I've had weird dreams along those lines and I felt SOOOOOO weird when I woke up. But then I realized that the symbolism in reality doesn't apply to dreams. Different events take on totally different meanings - it's like being in Wonderland. Down is up, left is right, day is night. You have to use "dream logic" in order to make proper judgments. Just keep in mind how you were FEELING during this. If in reality you don't have these urges, don't let the dream world get mixed with reality.
I wouldn't worry about this, dreams can throw up the most unsettling things. My advice is to forget about it. (:
