I say that you just delete the account and she will forget about it but before you do send her a message saying "you're not who I think I am. There could be alot of things wrong with this. However, I'd like to know why you're doing this. Is it because you like your friend in a romantic sense? In any case it's distrustful and it has already gone too far because she is now intimate with "him". Tell the truth and hope for the best.
