Mac or windows?

Macs are better at keeping out the rain, windows are better when it's sunny.

Which is better for what?

Windows.

I use Revit, Manga Studio, Cinema 4d , autocad, sketchup, zbrush, keyshot, illustrator, photoshop, etc. There is just no other option besides PC. I'd need a $5000 + mac that could do all of that and 5 new brains to handle the stress of working with the stifled support for apple software.

As a programmer I find that Macs are great computers for doing work on most of the time. For general purpose though, like gaming or surfing the internet tubes, Windows for sure. I'm most familiar with it and thus is the least hindered by it when trying to do w/e. (I use my Android phone a lot though, but that OS isn't listed here and it's not my preferred OS anyway.)

I have two computers in active use, one with OSX and one with Windows 7. I use OSX for work and Windows for playing games. For anything else, it doesn't matter which one I use.

It's all preference. I prefer Mac, I don't play games so it works perfectly well for anything else. And if i wanted to play games, I'd just have to run bootcamp.

In 2003 I'd have said mac when "exposé" (read: compositing desktop) was new but since windows 7 it's, well Windows lol.
