Sometimes when I have to take a great big sh*t I'll sort of push it part way out of my butt hole and then suck it back in repeatedly for awhile before I deposit it in the porcelain bank. For some reason, doing this makes me feel all excited and happy.

You guys are weird if you don't do this.
