Love to annoy the cats

This is my 4th story on this site. I love to do things to my family to amuse myself. Like here are two things that involve our cats. I like putting scotch tape on the bottom of their feet andwatching them freak out and once I touched some tuna fish to one ofmy cats butts to see if the other would like it and he did for like half the day. Just went around liking the other cats butt because it smelled like fish, I thought it was so funny but my sisters and mom thought it was so gross and they didn't know why. I don't ever try and hurt my family or cats but I think of all these weird things to do to them like out of nowhere. Is this normal?

    Doesn't sound like you've crossed the line into cruelty. Actually, I've done the same things to cats (when I was a kid). They're just so high strung, it's fun to watch their reactions!

    I once went to a very rural, agricultural area with my friend for a bank holiday weekend. It was very boring and to amuse ourselves we would run after the cows, screaming and waving our arms like lunatics. The cows were very fast and while they ran, massive amounts of fecal matter was being expelled from their arses. The funniest thing was the cows behind them were slipping, sliding and falling all over the place.

    People do stuff like this all the time. I harrass my cat sometimes and the dogs. I love them to death, I really do and I don't do it often but sometimes I sneak up on the cat and poke him in the back or shoulder and make a sound. It's not usually a loud sound just a little sound like "SHKT!" and he jumps and then glares at me. Then I cuddle him til the allergies kick in and I have to shove him off my lap.

    So I completely understand. It's like picking on a younger sibling. The primary thing is don't take it too far/do it too much. Trust me, tons of people play with their pets this way.

    I annoy cats and dogs and siblings. And I'm a huge animal lover. One time I kept spitting on the floor because my dog kept eating it and I thought it was the funniest thing. My dad and my brother bitched at how sick I was. But it still hit my funny bone.

      I totally pick at my cats, but I also love them as if they were my kids...

      So taking off of that concept, remember when your parents gave you a bath and took horrible baby butt pics... or when they say totally imbarrasing shit in front of a bf or gf... or when cut your hair or made you wear crappy sailor suits of some shit as a toddler...

      well I do that to my cats by putting a sock on their head and watching them walk backwards all around the house. And giving them catnip and watching them flip out... or using the laser pointer on the wall...or tape on their feet.

      It is the nature of humans to push someone or something to see how far you can go... it doesnt mean you wuold hurt them but somehow we are just born to start shit and laugh about it I think.
