I sometimes look at other girls' pictures on facebook and so on and I feel so insecure about my own looks, I feel ugly and feel sorry because I don't look like them...
Don't worry I feel the same way and I'm gorgeous (just kidding) but really, think about how many girls on facebook take 1000 pics and post 10 of them up. That's 1%! If you take a look in one of these girls' computer I bet you'll see a million pictures of themself on it, when they only posted 20. If they have 500 pics on facebook, then they probably took 50,000 pictures, which means you have more of a life then them anyway (unless of course you already do that) . I'm telling ya, don't worry about it and feel good about yourself. I'm sure you're not anywhere near ugly :)
If I was a girl, I'd feel the same way. The people who put pictures in their profiles on IIN are just those group who are insanely attractive to begin with. There are always going to be people like this but it doesn't make you ugly. You're still as cute or pretty as you ever were whether they exist or not.
It's so normal, most girls feel like this, I know I certainly do. But you'll get over it, just make sure that you apprieciate yourself and don't become to upset about this. :)
it's normal. A lot of girls these days (like me) feel so insecure because the media strongly influences our appearence. i.e. I use to like victoria secret commercials, not I hate them because it makes me feel so insecure
We are our own worst critic. I know I am picky with which photos of myself I share with the world. And these photos tend to remind me of happy experiences. But I also get a sick joy when I see ugly pictures of people I thought were attractive in high school.
I feel the same way, but you have to remember, a lot of those girls Photoshop themselves to look better. : )
