The other day at work, the humidity was almost 90%. Started sweating when I got out of the truck. By the end of the day, I was wet from collarbone to kneecap. Fkn disgusting. I was beat to sh*t when I got home and fell asleep on the floor in the hallway. Gf thought I'd had a heartattack and died.
It happens to me on very hot days. I also sometimes find my undershirt almost completely wet.
I hate hot weather, I wish I lived somewhere cooler, like Alaska.
You probably have a condition called hyper-hydrosis. You are basically dealing with rebellious sweat glands. What normally happens is your brain sends your sweat glands a signal to sweat and how much to sweat. When you have hyper-hydrosis your sweat glands get sweat happy and release more sweat than what your brain ordered. That's where the problems happens. This is not known to be cureable. There are medications for it but they are kind of expensive. You can try powders and anti-persperants. If you are looking for a natural way to help you, you can drink sage tea. When you brew sage you need to find proper instructions to brew it cause if you brew it for too long the sage may release toxins into the tea. They sell sage tea in natural food stores, you can probably find it at whole foods, not too sure. I have lived with this condition for a long time and recently discovered that this is a serious problem that has no cure. You should consult a doctor about it. I've given you all the info that I know about it.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! when I saw the title "LITERALLY sweating my ass off" I was trying to imagine what you meant! hahahahaha thanks for the wonderful images! XP
That would suck. I would never want to go outside during the summer. I'm living in a much hotter area than I ever have so I'm a bit more worried about how my body handles this summer weather...but I've lived up north too so I know what a milder summer feels like.
Are you fat or do you just sweat a lot? If you sweat a lot because you're fat, you have no excuses. You know what you must do.
