ugh its anoying how many times this type of story pops up please before you make a story look to see if one of them is already up and if there is which im sure there is check the comments on that persons comment list and you have your answer.
Compared to all eternity, life here on earth is like comparing one grain of sand to all the sand on earth. If you believe in Jesus and make him your Savior, the brief time here will prepare you for an eternal productive eternity with Him.

If you need a reason to live, then just let it be to enjoy life as much as possible. In your final seconds, will you look back on your whole existance and think "well lived" or "waste of time"?
Indeed why try? I dont know why i try but if i didnt then everything would just dissapear. In a sense i guess i try so one day when i do die ill have done something i can remember myself for so i know i existed at one point.
It's only truly meaningless if you make it or believe it to be that way.

I'm suffering the exact same thing right now. It was brought on by a big project I am doing on Existentialism. I want to die.
But no, you should look it up, because if the world is meaningless you have a million possibilities to create the meaning that you want.
Everything you do affects everyone and everything else in small ways. If you look beyond the direct actions of your life, you see instead the outward ripples your existence creates and the effect of them against other people's, which only gets more complex and layered over time.
Even the act of writing your post has had some small effect on anyone who has read it. However slightly different we are, we'll pass that on to everyone else we meet.
