Liberal rich people

Whatever we feel about human failures, the common denominator is Homo sapiens. The rich act the way they do--including the superficial ideological hypocrisy of the "liberal rich"--because they can. Poor people and middle class people are no different, other than not having the resources to do what they want as much. I've watched the way many poor people treat each other. They prey on each other just as mercilessly, but their actions are usually limited to other poor people they have access to, so their depredations aren't usually high profile enough to warrant broad media coverage. They're no less greedy or selfish than the rich. And I'm a political maverick.

There are no "good people." There are only people who have more power than others, and who can, therefore, do more of what they want.

I think its unfair to paint all rich people with one brush, there are alot of rich people who are genuinely good people with nice families. Not everyone with a million dollars in the bank is like the Kardashians... i've had many rich friends and many poor friends and both have their problems, i've had some very trashy and rude poor friends and some very trashy and arrogant rich friends. Its all about ones class its not about what they posses in the bank account but what they posses in terms of actions and the way they carry about themselves, thats where the true character is. Nothing wrong with a rich liberal who puts the money where their mouth is, but there is something wrong with someone who just complains and doesn't do anything about it. Thats just my two cents.
