I am 23 years old and love legos if that is weird enough. I recently had some of my stuff stolen. My nintendo ds, my psp, my gameboy color and my LEGOS! WHO THE HELL STEALS LEGOS? MY HARRY POTTER LEGOS, MY NORMAL LEGOS ALL GONE. So I went to Toys r Us and I met a kid who is also shopping for legos and he told me that someone also stole legos. WTF! IS THERE LIKE A LEGO THIEFT RING OR SOMETHING? ARE LEGOS SO EXPENCIVE THAT SOMEONE NEEDS TO STEAL THEM?

I shit you not this is a true story. I am pissed about my other stuff being stolen, I've already replaced them but I haven't been able to replace my legos yet. IT JUST MAKES ME SO ANGRY! Is it normal to get legos stolen? Both that kid and I got our legos stolen so I am starting to think it is.

    i love lego and i am a girl! but lego is not what it used to be which is probably why they were stolen. i have a couple of big lego cars and if they were stolen, i would be spewin too.

    It's probably some kids breaking into houses while you guys are gone...Maybe try hiding it in an unexpected place like the closet or bathroom!? Oh and set up security cameras!!

    ok your 23 and you play with toys????? unless your in the movie big and have to play with toys for a job....go out and get yourself a real job and earn yourself some cash im sorry but this is both weird and funnyy! i dont think you can do anything about them legos cept buy some more.

    I think the plural of lego is lego. A bit like sheep. Sorry yours got nicked, though. Oh, and I have to agree with aussiewolf. Lego really isn't what it used to be.

        I'm debating whether to come across as a complete know-it-all because I did used to have a Danish girlfriend and picked up a bit of Danish and know what the plural of Lego is in its native language.

        Actually, I'm going to leave it. I'll save my "know-it-all" card for something else. :D

    That sounds like horrible bad luck, I would be surprised if the "Lego thief" does not make the news. Hopefully you will get your stuff back, and just in case you don't already for see this coming most[or at least a 2/10, which is nothing near most]will post about how comical this sounds.
