    yeah my toes cramp up when i have a really intense orgasm. could be the position she is in when it happens.

    The arches/insteps of my feet often cramp when I orgasm... no idea why though.

    Omg, that is an awful feeling!!! That and toe cramps. Could be the style - like when she's on top or something. Just the way the muscles cramp up. Maybe try different positions :)
