How to tell my long-distance boyfriend I don't appreciate it when he says we'll talk tomorrow but he forgets or pretends to. Or when he tells me to "take it easy" when I asked him if we could talk tonight.
I need support too, but why is he avoiding calls?

yes it's normal because ldr are bullshit and boring, he's probably fucking some local chick since talking on the phone to you does nothing whatsoever to release his manly needs. break it off it's best for both of you.
Tell him what you've said in your post, but in the context of: "When you .......... I feel .......... and I'd prefer it if you .........." and then wait for his response. Don't get sucked into an argument about, just keep explaining how you feel when it happens and how you'd like it to be. That approach usually works with mature people.
Phrases like "I need support too" aren't very helpful: you need to be more specific bc everyone has a different idea of what support is and it doesn't sound as if this is about support anyway, but about you needing contact and not trusting him if you believe he's pretending to forget to call you.
