Kinda obsessed with 70s rock band because my friend showed it to me!

Well see my friend loves 70s rock and he's talked about it (not just the band I love) alot and eventually I got a video with one of it's songs for him and listened to it and liked it. Progression, I got into the band. Now I am obsessed with Rush (again, a 70s/80s rock band) to the point where I made a playlist on playlist.com featuring all of their songs up to their 1984 album. Is this normal in any way?

    I like Rush. Have you ever heard caressing the steel. No puns intended. It was an album they came out with back in 1975. The song Necromancer is killer! It starts out all mellow and then in the middle of the song Rush puts out a killer of a hurricane of good old fashioned hard rock!

    If you're going to be obsessed with a band (not normal IMHO) you could do a lot worse than Rush; Classic Rock in every every sense of the term.
