Just curious peoples' opinion on this?

If a guy pays a girl for sexual services, and she then changes her mind and refuses to return the money does he have the right to take her by force?

you paid for her services, not for her body. Her body belongs to her, no matter what. Also, plenty of other transactions would never work that way anyway. At best you could maybe sue her for the money back if what you were doing was even legal in the first place.

I wouldn't have a problem with the dude taking his money back by force, but rape is wrong of course. Then again he might do whatever either way, and then her pimp would probably come after him.

...meh. It sucks to be a person who has to pay to get some. Haters can hate on me, but I'm just keepin it real, cause that's how I roll.

No. Calling the police (depending on how much you paid) would be a more sensible option instead of raping a women.

Sex for cash is illegal in most places. So that would be the same as calling the cops on someone because you gave them money for drugs and they kept the money and didn't give you any drugs.

Whether you paid or not what your suggesting is called rape. If you were in a restaurant and paid for your meal first which would be kinda weird but bear with me and then they refused to serve you for some reason like maybe you decided to undress in the dining room you could have legal grounds to take them to court but not to barge into the kitchen and start taking food. The problem is your already talking about a illegal transaction in most places so your recourse with the law is very limited without admitting to a crime that you committed first.

Kinda reminds me of a thing a police department did where they put out the word that there was tainted meth and if you'd bring yours in they'd check it for free... for your safety. And yea some ppl brought in there stash to have it checked.

Go try it and then when you get out in 5 to 7 years you can tell us the name of the guy that did the same thing to you in prison.
    What a stupid question.

Naw braah that shit is wrong on so many levels. Do you know how consent works? So I guess the female is the opposing team just cause you paid for her services and she didnt comply. Let me guess it's your ethical duty right? Finesse finesse. A real man wouldnt have to force.
