Judgmental bitches at work

Is it normal for some women to have the completely wrong idea about work and just see it as a place to critique everyone's fashion and looks? I would really rather come to work in a neutral environment and not have to listen to unimportant conversations.

    Yes, sadly.

I work in a female dominated industry, and while fashion was never the topic of choice, there was potential for a lot more bitchiness with a large group of women - and for some reason (showing off?) more when there was one male on staff, not ao much if several. It was weird and...ugh.

So that's partly why I chose to go solo.

Strange how a group of women couldn't organize and function together as a whole on their own. It's also strange how when there was men there the overall group dynamic functioned better.

It's also strange how human history is literally dominated with men in leadership positions. Oh well, that must be some sort of fluke for the last few million years. Gender equality is important and I refuse to think otherwise.

I see "potential" is a word you're unfamiliar with.

        Doesn't surprise me.

But easy jokes aside...you didn't actually say anything to prove your point.

And again, that doesn't surprise me.

          Potential is a relative word.

"Human history is literally dominated with men in leadership positions". Go ahead and find that in the original comment. Go ahead...there it is!

I'd say that proves a point. I'd say it's also completely inarguable to go against that as well.

A proven statistical fact is that a majority of leaders in human history are men.

Proven, fact. If you'd like to debate, please use facts to support your position as I have. Not something like "Well men never let women be in charge, so women could easily do it" <----That is an opinion.

Please do tell me where I was trying to make a case for or against that before you came along with your own agenda. And you still don't see how you didn't say anything proving your point. Do you need me, a woman, to spell it out?

Please do spell it out. I'm running out of damn accounts here!

My point is a man would have been able to provide more overall leadership better. Not just the average man, it would have to be a leader. My office dynamic sucks as it is majority female with very little, if any, daily rational thought.

Remember, give me a rational chain of logic. Not how you "feel", because that is "emotions" and subject to change on a whim. I need a conclusion, based on rational thought, that I can follow which allows me to agree with.

Yeah, it's normal for women to gossip and talk about other's looks. Just ignore them. Those types of people don't matter.

Yes, it's normal, and it sucks. A lot of women are bitchy. The best women are not the ones who run in packs.

Women are superficial, that's the problem, Hillary would probably just end up tuning up the military's uniforms.

I used to think that Hillary was a bit too dykey for my tastes, but lately she's been looking pretty damn hot. What do you think Ellenna, would you bang Hillary Clinton? And if you were American would you vote for her?

Her physical appearance is the least of her problems, and I say this as a British Liberal/liberal (two different things which I am at the same time, by the way).

Women at work is awful. They don't like to work too hard, and try to dump their work on any sucker. Women were made and meant for home caring for children and her man. It's so backwards what has happened. Plus most of the women who do well at work are total failures in their personal life. Basically, we need to go back to when women stayed and home and did not vote. It is going to crash society

Unfortunately women are hens and hens are fucked in the head. Leave notes that say your pussy smells like rotten fish and the whole office knows it. That should throw someone's confidence astray.

Watched a movie called ''fucked through the skull'' or something like that, your comment reminded me of that.

Am I the only one whose never seen these (en masse anyway) insipid unprofessional women?

I've worked numerous jobs and interacted with women in all of them. I've probably only ever come across maybe 4 I'd call "unprofessional" in some way, and only 1 I'd go as far as to bring out the B-word. And to balance it out I've come across a few men in the office who fit these descriptions too.
