Jerimiah? is it more 'white' or 'black'...?

I thought Jerimiah was a bullfrog..

I used to work with a white dude named Dre, that was fuckin weird.

I assume its a black persons name only cus I knew a black jerimiah. Wait... Maybe he was half black half white. I don't know. He looked mostly black, well, brown really

Jeremiah sounds kind of black to me but Jeremy which is like the shortened version sounds white :P

GEOGRAPHICALLY based? Yes. To me that's a name more used in the mid-west or south, in the bible belt area.

it could be because they expected your friend to be black because you are black, unless your not black. But people tend to hang around people they feel comfortable around which is typically the same race. For me, I am white and group up in a community that was almost entirely black. So I prefer to hang out with pretty much just black people. People are shocked when they find our that I only hang out with black people.

I think it's more of a mixed guys name but It could be either black, white, mixed, Hispanic,..etc. Either way there's not a rule that says white peoe can't be named Jerimiah so who cares? No offense

Nope I'm half white and the white side of me definitely claimed the name Jeremiah. My black half likes the name jebediah better anyways

My given name falls within a certain stereotype (which I'm not going to mention). People have teased me about it my ENTIRE life, but it doesn't bother me when they do. It's no biggy.
