OK. I'm a boy and I think I shouldn't be envying another! Its not even a normal envy!! I'm jealous of this boys looks and figure! I envy his smile, his ability to go out with any girl, and freakily his butt!!! Hes younger than me too! Is this normal...
Of course its normal. Its a competitive perspective. We have to feel the attraction that another may feel to be jealous. And yes even very heterosexual people can discern an attractive person from their same sex.
Its not same sex attraction- its low self esteem- comparing yourself to someone that you feel others find attractive.
This is normal if you'd like to love him, want to be him, that's creepy.
it sounds more like you admire how he looks. but anyway, don't be jealous. i'm sure there's nothing wrong with the way you look.
