Ive been having a migrane since 2am iin?

Ever since 2am ive been having this horrible migrane and about 10 hours have passed,even the slightest noise pisses me off,and ive also had no hunger for an sorts of food,and I'm super exhausted but I cant fall asleep.I tried taking advil incase anyone ask.

    I used to suffer from migraines my Dr sent me to a specialist, she gave me a full medical, then I had to list everything I ate, how I was sleeping, to try and find out my trigger, I had a strobe light test to try and trigger an attack, they say the normal triggers are: too much sleep/not enough sleep, chocolate, chinese food because of the spices, and aqfew other things I can't remember.

    If it goes beyond 72 hours you need to see a doctor ASAP.

    This doesn't sound normal to me, I would go the the doctors if I was you just incase it's something serious.
