Itchy balls

I was wondering if any guys could help me I have a large spot on my ball sack and some smaller ones the smaller ones when i squeeze them crap spurts out but i cant sqeeze the big ones because there really hard.

My question is, is it anything to worry about im a bit embarraced to go to a GP, please help Im a little worried.

    DO NOT SQUEEZE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They will be fine as long as you leave them be it is just the hair follicles, if you squeeze them they become susceptable to inflection. Just leave them be and they will quickly clear up, if you squeeze them they can hang around for over a month

    go to a doctor... get over ur embarrassment because it may develop into something worse if u dont treat it right the first time

    I think you have infected hair follicles and maybe a case of an ingrown hair which may cause hard puss to form you will need to seek a doctors opinion but im sure its nothing to worry about and don't squeeze them as much as you may want to
