I like to walk naked in the rain. Is this normal behavior? (I've done it in daylight, also).

    Maybe you should get a cardboard box put a flag in it and try and sail it down the wet street. You probably won't get far, but if you're lucky, a stray cat might join you and you can pretend that you're sailing the Caribbean together.
