I'm giving a party at my house next week. I invited almost everyone at my job. I didn't invite the black guy because some of my good friends would leave right away if they saw him there. I didn't invite the gay guy for the same reason. The black guy is a good guy. A smart guy who couldn't care less about coming to my party. I pretty sure of that. He has got plenty of friends of his own. The gay guy seems to be in some kind of effeminate snit about not being invited. He even went to our boss about it. I got call to the carpet about this, so I'm thinking about calling the whole thing off. Isn't it totally normal to invite people you are comfortable with to a party at your home? This thing has gotten out of hand.

    Ok some folk will probly not like this, but i think the guy is drama queen.

    If some people you hang out with dont like being around homosexual men thats their choice.

    Its insane to expect people to tolerate you for your preferences and then trow a hissy fit when they have their own.

    Trying to explain to your boss or the guy in question will probly only escalate things seeing you ''have to'' accept homosexuals but an explanation should not be needed, but onhoustly id still have the party and just not give 2 cents about it.

    I personally accept any lifestyle anyone wants to have or any preference they may have seeing it will not affect my life 1 bit.
    But i do hate it when folk expect you to accept their preference yet they wont accept others themselves.
    Because not accepting something is a preference aswell.

    Because you are being sexist and racist by that point. And your friends need to learn to accept people for who they are and just have fun to laugh. Not like you are asking the to do some kind of orgy of extreme madness.

    Ill be honest i have a couple of people i wouldnt invite but i still invite them as well because who knows maybe they might hook up with someone friend as sex partner or get married. All I'm saying dont close door just because you think they would not get along.

    Most people like myself has what call a two face. Which mean out in public you use a nice face of bull shit. And when you are comfortable you use your own face that says whoever you are.

    Your friend need to learn to accept the people as people.
