so today's my bfs bday. we've been dating for 10 months. i was on my phone and his was next to me and i looked at it and there was a notification from this girl he used to know about a year and a half ago. they hooked up and stuff for like 2 weeks and then she moved out of state. she has a bf rn too. but she messaged him saying happy birthday. and i deleted it.... plus their whole convo.... on fb. they never talk, ever. last time they talked in fb was june of 2016... i regret it cuz i don't want him to find out... help? advice? do you think i'm in the clear...

      pretty insecure..... but he's not friends w her and she's not rly even his ex. they just used to hookup when she visited cali for three weeks or something. what should i do

        Then I don’t think you had anything to be worried about. He can be friends with other people too, you can’t suffocate him or he will back away.
