I feel like I'm supposed to dance when you say

Tag It* boom cha cha boom cha cha Items! One more time! boom cha cha boom cha cha Let goooo of your feeeeeeeelings cha cha Frogs! Jump like a frog! Boom cha cha boom cha cha Let's sing it again! Do the alien this time!

And to answer your question, I think I'd be happier having more than I need because I could share it or give it away if it became too much.

I disagree. If you want more than you have you will always be chasing something that may or may not be fulfilling. If you have more than you want you can give what you don't need to other people and enjoy the happiness you bring them.

    • Good point.

I think it could also be argued that a person who is willing to give away what they don't need will never really have more than they want anyway. They won't live in excess because they realize what they don't need and give it away to make other people happy.

There's a constant urge to have a purpose. To fight for something in order to attain it.
You tend to lose that sense of purpose when you already have anything you want, and more. Then you become depressed, like life has no meaning anymore.

So, yeah. It's better to want something than to be totally bored from drowning in one's possessions, in a world that has so many limitations.
