Is it normal to not have sex for 5 years? Basically i havent had sex since i found out my girlfriend of 3 years was cheating on me when i was 19.

Which lead me to believe that all college age females are sluts. After graduating college i joined the military to become and Officer and have been stationed in Afganistan.

I guess i have a fear that i will literally die not having sex again. Is this normal to not have sex in 5 years?

    I'm about the same, not had sex since splitting up with my partner a good 5 years ago.
    Not because I've gone off sex, far from it. I guess I have become more particular with whom I share a bed

    Young girls are just like young guys, we are all sluts given the right circumstances. And we are all afraid to get hurt and we all would like to believe that something we like is more than it is. But when you are young, sex is really just that, sex. Few young people are intimate, they are too excited for that yet!

    I'm sure it feels weird because you had sex before and then haven't had it for five years. But I went 20 years before I ever had sex, so five years doesn't seem so bad. Then again I haven't gone five years without sex yet. Id say its normal, you just have to try and get some.
