It is normal to not like or love anyone, by the age of 17?

I'm a 17 year old, straight, female. I've only had a thing for one guy, ever, and it was fondness from afar, I didn't approach him, he didn't approach me. I don't feel an attachment from physical touch. Really, I hate even hugs from my mother. I've always kinda felt like relationships weren't for me, but that always leaves a big hole.
So, is it normal to have never dated before the age of 17?

any guys who woulda dated you before 17 are just in it for sex, so don't think anything of this. in fact, you are more than perfectly fine.

Yup! I'm 17 (18 in a few months) and 3 months ago I was just like you. My bf's 21 and he was surprised when I told him I had never dated. I actually got a little cross :p
So, yeah, it's TOTALLY normal :)

Very normal. You still have you're life ahead of you to meet someone you feel comfortable with. I knew a girl who actually felt the same way about relationships in high school, but now she has a boyfriend. I think the older you get the more you realize what you want.
