It is normal to be addicted?

Okay so i have this problem where i have to have chocolate everyday otherwise i miss it and i get bad cravings, is this normal?
It sounds wierd but i honestly need a snickers bar everyday!
I'm not overweight, if anything i'm a size 8/10 and fairly healthty...

    There are some nutritional properties in chocolate that you may be lacking. Also, it kinda gets you high. It's minor, but it does make people feel good. Try gradually eating darker and darker chocolates to get away from the sweeter more sugary stuff. Potassium, iron, magnesium are all found in choclate, you may be lacking those nutrients triggering a craving.

  • Addictions are normal. Try to minimize your chocolate intake and slowly work your way to defeating your addiction. Assuming that you want to end your addiction.
