So I'm a 23 y/o kissless virgin and every time I see a girl I'm attracted to I feel very sad and hopeless, bc I instantly think that I don't stand a chance and that I'll end up alone bc I'm too ugly and weird to be loved.

The more you worry the worse you will feel. If you start to feel hopeless and desperate you'll have a much harder time trying to find a nice girl to date.
Focus on yourself first. Try to become more social. Force yourself if you have to, you really will thank yourself for doing it, and you might have a good time ;)
