It feels so good

I don't know why but whenever I get extremely frustrated with something I find it relieving to curse it feels right. I have tried not cursing and substituting my words with silly words like Ned Flanders but it does not work.

Is anyone else like this?

I cant remember where I saw this, but it was something about how swear words actually release more of something or other.

Yeah :/ me use words good :/

Basically, they used two groups of people, and when the people experienced pain, such as stubbing a toe etc, one group was to swear and the other was to use just normal words. ...table...chair....dog...whatever. and the people who swpre had faster relief from the pain.

I have explained that terribly, and I'm not sure how to google it to find the info I'm looking for.

I believe we could and should do it a lot less but sometimes you just gotta say fuck.

I find that taking a hammer to my left thumb nail is quite cathartic. Painful, but cathartic.

I try to come up with something original other than a swear word like futhermucker bun of a sitch or for some reason fricken pancakes works for me too
