Isn to skip over scenes in movies that give second hand embarassment?

I don't know why I do this but I can't not, the cringe just gets down to my core and I end up skipping massive scenes just because I can't handle them. I do try to rewatch the scenes if I have no clue what's going on but otherwise it's just not worth expenriencing the second hand embarassment.

    I do the same thing! I'm a pretty empathetic person, to the point where I feel as if I were in that situation and need it to just end. I understand where you're coming from. It's normal.
