    Actually it -is- possible to cough up semen, but it'd most likely be in such trace amounts that you wouldn't even notice it's semen.

    If you give someone a blowjob with the intent of swallowing, you could accidentally choke on it, with some of it entering your airway and then proceeding subsequently down into your lungs.

    Due to the high percentage of water in semen, upon normal coughing, the semen would be coughed up; however it'd be in trace amounts and would most likely be indistinguishable from pleghm.
