Is your character very different from your parents?

As a child, my personality was uptight and intolerant like them. Now that I'm older, I've learned to be my own person and I have my own personality.

I'm as different from them as one can be.

i try my best not to be weird, but i am..... BLAME IT ON MY MUM AND DAD!

A bit of both, I think, which is not the best of combinations since they were very hostile to each other a lot of the times. Sometimes I wonder if that's why I'm so often in conflict with myself.

I've started noticing mine isn't. I get extremely angry(sometimes rage) like my dad does, but I'm patient and relaxed like my mum.

I'm very similar to my dad in terms of mindset and my appearance is a little like my mum's was at my age (to a certain extent obviously because I'm a guy, but we have very similarly shaped faces and hair :P). So I guess my character is quite a lot like theirs :)

Thank God neither of them bear much of a similarity to their own parents, or I'd not be a very tolerant, intelligent or open person at all.

I have some different opinions from my father. For example, he is awkward on the subject of gay marriage, and interracial relationships, while I am all for both.

That being said, me and my father are very similar in looks, and our personalities are so much in common (my little brother too) that it creeps some people out!

This is like asking a Biased Painter to give a portrait of themselves to a crowd of People who've never once cast eyes upon the painter.

At the very least he's going to add small changes that make him look more favorable.

In ways yes and in others no.

I'm the opposite of my father and he, himself, was the opposite of his own father. Me and my grandfather are/were carbon copies of each other.

I have some of my mother's traits, though. I'll talk to anyone about anything.
