If someone doesnt like anal they dont like it. Just because some enjoy it doesnt mean everyone does. Heck thought I would love anal, tried repeatedly, never got the hang of it so I dont indulge. Then again there are aplenty of people who love it so I'm not one to judge.

Not literally true, but that’s probably the most common reason a woman would do that. But honestly I don’t know why anyone the man or the woman would want to do that.

There are around 4 billion women alive at the moment. The odds are that at least one of them will enjoy literally any sexual kink you can possibly think of, so your friend's blanket statement is really pretty stupid. It also suggest they might be someone who is a victim of the False Consensus Effect - the belief that since something is true for you, then it must be true for everyone else as well.

Some people - both men and women - enjoy giving anal sex and some enjoy receiving it. Some people enjoy it with certain people in certain situations, and hate the very idea of it at other times. Some people won't even try it because they're sure they'll hate it (which makes it more likely that will be the case), some are willing to give it a shot. Some people - givers and receivers - have tried it and decided they don't like it.

There's a huge naughty stigma surrounding anal sex due to it involving the bit people poop from, but really, there's nothing that makes it inherently any weirder or nastier than sex that involves genitals and other genitals, boobs, hands, feet or whatever. Your friend is free to decide that they don't want it, and that's cool for them, but you shouldn't let their opinions and beliefs limit what you do.
