Is this woman right about what she said?

I was just saying how I feel like women are the superior of the sexes. She told me not to say that to women because it sounds insulting, she says it makes me look desperate and any woman who would agree to that are the ones I don't want in my life because they hurt and play tricks on guys and break your heart after using you. She told me the reason why it sounds insulting and desperate is because thinking to say that to a woman makes them feel like they come off as superior when they don't and think it is foolish to think that they needed to hear that. And the reason why it makes it seem desperate because women could see me as very submissive and not as manly.

Was she right?

I respect this woman, all she has tried to do is watch out for me, but I just didn't know how to listen to her. I can't even get mad at her, so it is definitely ok to tell me like it is. Rather be corrected than sounding like a complete idiot.

      Well, I didn't mean for it to sound that way. I didn't mean let's bow before women and put them all on a throne. I just meant they should be more respected, since they deal with a lot of dogs with no manners. Really didn't get to tell her that, she made it clear it was wrong of me to think such things.

    I think what she was trying to is that there are manipulative women who use that as a way to get what they want.

    One of my ex best friends is a perfect example. She thought she was gods greatest gift and would seek out men who thought women were superior to feel like the ground she walked on was blessed.

    You can state it in a different way as to not come across as patronizing or desperate. Think the tact your friend chose may have been a bit in your face.
