We are both in our 50’s I give my wife orgasms twice a day, first thing when we wake up, she says it energises her for the day, and last thing at night as it helps her sleep. In addition we make love at least once every weekend and at least once during the week.
It's your life. Do what makes you happy. If pleasing your wife makes you happy, so be it. Hopefully she returns the pleasure in some way for you otherwise you will eventually feel the imbalance.

It’s just how things worked out, sex was good when we were young then kids came along and it got a lot less. Kids grew up but the sex didn’t really return, it was about once every 5 or 6 weeks if I was lucky. She was always too tired, she struggled with sleeping for years. Then about 3 years ago she reads on the internet that orgasms can help with sleep and decided she wanted to experiment. I said so you want more sex sounds good to me but she tells me she wants orgasms not necessarily sex. We talked about it and agreed to try it every night for a week, so for the next 7 days I gave her an orgasm every night. She said she thought her sleep might be a bit better as she didn’t always feel so tired and wanted to carry on for a month. I agreed and she was definitely less moody and she said she was sleeping better. She said she wanted me to keep on giving her orgasms every night. I pointed out that although I had been happy to help her experiment it was somewhat unfair that I had given her an orgasm every night for the past month but we hadn’t made love for about 2 months. She agreed it was a bit unfair but pointed out that I was benefiting by her being less moody and told me she certainly wouldn’t be having sex every night. She did however agree we should make love at least a couple of times a month but I said more like a couple of times a week. She was having none of it but agreed to every weekend so we settled on a compromise. I ended up getting home about midnight and she was already asleep. Next morning she was telling me how much she had missed her orgasm the previous night then she asked for one before she got up to make up for it. I saw no harm in it so agreed, that night she told me how nice it had been to go to work after a morning orgasm and wanted me to give her one the next morning as well. And so it became a regular thing so after a couple of weeks I pointed out that she was now getting orgasms twice a day but I was still only getting it once a week and although I was very happy to keep giving her what she wanted I wanted more. That’s when we arrived at our current arrangement.
How do you work that out? Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought a cuck was someone who’s wife had sex with other men whilst they didn’t get any.

Admittedly I would ideally like sex every couple of days, so for me 3 or 4 times a week would be great, but she is quite adamant that won’t happen, so I am ok to settle for 2 or very occasionally 3 times a week. It is a bit unfair I guess as she always insists on an orgasm before sex, just in case she doesn’t cum when we make love, but she nearly always does. On top of that she does sometimes ask for seconds these days, usually mornings at weekends and evenings 3 or 4 times a week. I always oblige at the threat of being reduced back to once a week if she is not fully satisfied. So I guess on average she probably has about 20 orgasms a week. It seems a lot but she is rarely in a mood these days and sleeps very well, that makes my life easier. Meanwhile I have gone from sex on rare occasions to twice a week minimum so it’s not all bad. I asked the question because I just wondered if this was excessive or normal for people in our age group.
Are people that turn a certain age supposed to stop having sex. Remember this as you get older.
I said we are in our 50’s so middle aged not exactly seniors, we’re just not kids anymore. We both have well over a decade before retirement age
